An advocate,
not just an agent
Real estate was a passion long before it was a career. When Countrywide Homes offered me the chance to represent them, I took it, starting as the on-site administrator and moving into the lead agent role. From there I opened Your Advocates Realty in 2013. Countrywide's continued confidence brought more subdivisions our way, which let me bring on and mentor agents of my own.
An advocate is someone who speaks on your behalf: knowledgeable, loyal, and representing your interests with their best effort. The term usually belongs to lawyers. Selling or buying a home is the biggest financial decision most people make, and it deserves that level of representation.
Hundreds of homes sold later, the approach hasn't changed. The tone is casual, that's how I communicate, but the work is rigorous, my word is my bond, and when you ask for my opinion you get it straight. Even when the truth is uncomfortable, you're better served hearing it.
Builders don't hand you a subdivision on day one. That trust gets built slowly, deal after deal, by doing what you said you'd do every single time. Whether you're a builder with a thousand homes to sell or a homeowner with one, you get the same standard.
